Weddings

Celebrate understands marriage to be a precious and sacred gift from God and it is our desire to approach marriage in a fashion that upholds biblical principles and honors God. The institution of marriage, the union of one man and one woman, was ordained and pronounced ‘good’ by God from the beginning (Genesis 2:20-25). Therefore, Celebrate does not take marriage or the Church’s responsibility in marriage lightly.

The staff team at Celebrate wants your wedding day to be a meaningful and memorable event. We anticipate that this information will help you plan your special day. As you learn to place Him first, our prayer is that you will see God’s blessing flow into your life-long marriage commitment, and that your marriage will reflect Christ’s love toward one another and the world around you.

Marriage and Wedding Preparation Steps

As you begin your journey toward marriage, we ask you to each carefully read through the Celebrate Marriage and Wedding Preparation Guide. This guide will answer many questions about the preparation process.

Marriage Preparation Counseling

Celebrate offers a marriage preparation counseling course conducted by qualified pastors or community professionals. We invite any couple, engaged, not engaged (but seriously considering engagement) or married without the benefit of premarital counseling, to take this course. This course is required for any couple seeking to be married by a Celebrate pastor or at the Celebrate facilities. This course is our preferred choice for you to attend.
