Covenant Membership:

Many people approach the church like they do their gym memberships- what do I get? What can it do for me? The church has become more like a department store with a consumer mentality- the iChurch. Think about it, if the brand of music, preaching or children's programs aren't quite right, they just shop elsewhere. If the message isn't inspiring or relevant, the people leave.

Is this what God had purposed and planned for His bride?

The church was never created to be useful. It was created by God to be essential. We must overcome our ideas, and revisit and adopt His intention- a covenantal relationship with Him.
